Hello guys, My writing is about present education system of India, which needs an urgent reboot, which shall be revamped at the earliest possible. I find lack of important concepts like How to concentrate, Power of spirituality, The art of building will power, Mental models, Importance of living your passion and not settling till you find it. such concepts are never taught and highlighted in our school or university syllabus which are actually the key pillars for getting success and happiness in ones' life. Rather than teaching to memorize for getting good grades and letting every students to run the same rat race of scores merits, finding jobs, and starting your 9 to 5 job cycles, They shall be taught the real importance of education and how they can make efforts to identify their core competence areas by customizing education syllabus learning specific skills which would in turn support them to be the best at the same. Assume a boy who loves cooking so much and is naturally gifted with art of the same, who finds satisfaction and joy while cooking whole day. Now, If he's forced to achieve so called white collar degrees forced by parents or mentors rather than getting inspiration for its work then he wont be able to capitalize on his cooking skills, How will he dare to live his passion if their own mentors and parents are not supportive to his vision. Finding the right mentor is essential for your journey who can guide you with their experience and wisdom.
Donald trump quotes that "your work shall be so exciting and fulfilling that you don't need an vacation from". If every schools and even parents start focusing on such practices and help the children identifying their best skills and talents from an very early age, I guarantee that we will witness new & talented leaders - innovators in our society every new day rather than adding new conventional employees working for achieving some other's dreams everyday. Carmine Gallo wrote an article called, 'The Seven Success Principles of Steve Jobs', which outlines seven key factors that are responsible for Jobs' success. The article is based on multiple interviews with Apple employees and Steve Jobs himself. The very first and most important principle listed in the article is, "Do what you love." Steve Jobs believed in the power of passion and once said, "People with passion can change the world for the better." Jobs claimed that the passion he had for his work made all the difference in his successful journey.
"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it."
